Role Description
If you’ve been looking to join a fast-growing startup with a bold vision of a world where doing good is built into everything we do, then you’ve found the right place!
Join us as Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the story of how enterprise technology unlocks real-world good!
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, your mission will be to:
-
Own day-to-day go-to-market messaging across products, launches, and campaigns, ensuring everything feels cohesive, modern, and outcome-oriented.
-
Translate product innovation and customer use cases into compelling narratives across email, social, website, landing pages, and sales collateral.
-
Drive end-to-end launch and campaign execution across multiple channels, moving quickly from idea to market.
-
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
-
Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks across Goodstack’s enterprise and nonprofit solutions.
-
Create and evolve sales enablement materials, customer proof points, and use-case narratives.
-
Shape Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning and community storytelling alongside the Product and Engineering teams.
-
Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase speed, scale, quality, and campaign execution efficiency across the marketing function.
After 6-9 months, success will look like:
-
Goodstack’s messaging is noticeably clearer, sharper, and more outcome-oriented, so customers quickly understand what we do and why it matters.
-
Product launches and campaigns feel cohesive, differentiated, and move quickly from idea to execution.
-
Sales teams are equipped with clear, compelling narratives and enablement materials that close deals.
-
Marketing output and execution velocity have increased significantly through smart use of AI and scalable workflows.
-
Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning is clearly articulated and resonates with the right audiences.
Qualifications
-
5-8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, impact tech, or AI-native companies.
-
Experience launching products or integrated campaigns at high velocity.
-
Exceptional storytelling and messaging instincts; you can simplify complex products into clear, compelling customer value.
-
A bias for execution: you own projects end-to-end, move fast across multiple workstreams, and sweat the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
-
Experience building and running integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and sales channels.
-
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think across both enterprise GTM and community/ecosystem narratives.
-
Deep fluency in AI tools and an AI-native way of working. You think in systems, move fast, and use AI as a force multiplier, not a nice-to-have.
Requirements
-
Bonus if you have a track record of working closely with founders or executive teams in fast-moving environments.
-
A point of view on category creation, thought leadership, and earned media, and how to build share of voice over time.
-
Strong perspective on modern B2B storytelling, positioning, and customer engagement.
-
Experience building community or ecosystem-driven narratives.
-
A genuine love of language, you write with clarity, personality, and a point of view.
