[Hiring] Senior Product Marketing Expert @Bybit

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and market native. Someone who understands both the TradFi user migrating to crypto and the degen who lives on-chain. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, growth, brand, and go-to-market execution.

You translate complex product launches into clear, compelling narratives that help millions understand why Bybit is the platform they've been waiting for. You crunch data for breakfast, move fluidly between a campaign brief and a competitive landscape analysis in the same afternoon, and you never lose sight of the user.

If you have strong opinions on how to position tokenized equities to a mainstream audience, can write copy that passes Brand 6.0 standards without a second draft, and believe that the best product marketing makes complex finance feel simple, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Own go-to-market strategy for major product launches across Bybit's platform pillars, from RWA and TradFi products to Earn, Alpha, and payment innovations.
• Define positioning and messaging for new features, market segments, and competitive moments in partnership with Product, BD, and the Brand team.
• Develop integrated campaign strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention, aligned to product milestones, market cycles, and the Brand 6.0 narrative framework.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across performance channels, Web3-native surfaces, and owned media.
• Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs including registrations, EFTD rates, product adoption, campaign ROAS, share of voice, and brand sentiment, all laddering to company-level OKRs.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence, positioning Bybit against exchanges, neobanks, and emerging fintech platforms with clarity and conviction.
• Drive community and KOL strategies that build credibility, not just follower counts, activating partnerships that resonate with both crypto natives and mainstream finance users.
• Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns, joint launches, and distribution plays (Mantle, Alpaca, protocol partners).
• Partner with Creative to produce high-quality assets that are on-brand, on-message, and on-time. Photography, video, 3D, and social content that meets Brand 6.0 standards.
• Shape product narratives that bridge crypto-native users and the emerging mainstream audience, making Bybit's platform story tangible across every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in crypto, fintech, or Web3 (exchange, protocol, DeFi platform, or neobank strongly preferred).
• Demonstrable track record of owning product launches end-to-end, from positioning through execution to post-launch optimization.
• Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" product marketing role. Able to move across positioning, GTM planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis fluidly.
• You understand both audiences: the degen who trades at 3AM and the mainstream user who just wants their money to work harder.
• Comfortable with data: attribution models, funnel metrics, A/B testing frameworks, and ROI reporting are second nature.
• Strong written communicator. You can write a campaign brief, a product one-pager, and social copy that all sound like the same brand.
• Familiar with brand systems and can operate within defined guidelines without sacrificing creativity.
• Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred. We operate across global and Chinese-speaking markets and partners.

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing financial products to both crypto-native and TradFi-adjacent audiences.
• Familiarity with RWA, tokenized securities, or structured products from a GTM perspective.
• Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Kraken) or leading fintech platform.
• Experience running campaigns across regulated markets (EU MiCAR, UAE VARA, or similar).
• Active on-chain presence and genuine understanding of DeFi, L1/L2 ecosystems, and community dynamics.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Dune, or equivalent.
