Role Description
As the
Senior Partner Marketing Manager
, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs across our entire ecosystem, including:

Channel Partners
-
Strategic Alliances
-
Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
In this role, you will be the
primary voice of 1Password to our partner community
. You will own the end-to-end partner communications engine, ensuring our diverse partner base is informed, inspired, and equipped to win. This is a high-impact role where you will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through global and regional partnerships.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What you will do:

Partner Communication Strategy & Execution:
Own the end-to-end communication roadmap for all partner types, collaborating closely with various marketing teams to design and execute the partner communications program.

Scalable Messaging:
Craft compelling narratives tailored to different partner personas, ensuring the 1Password value proposition resonates across various business models.

Content Ownership:
Act as the editor-in-chief for partner marketing content, ensuring all resources are current, high-quality, and easy to navigate.

Campaign Execution:
Build and execute integrated co-marketing programs, including digital campaigns, webinars, field events, and account-based marketing (ABM).

Measurement & ROI:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner engagement and communication effectiveness, reporting impact to executive leadership.
Qualifications

6+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years specifically dedicated to partner marketing or ecosystem communications within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.

Exceptional writing and editorial skills, capable of distilling complex technical security concepts into clear, actionable, and persuasive content for a global audience.

Proven success in building marketing programs that cater to the unique needs of Alliances, Channel Resellers, and MSPs.

Understanding of the "big picture" of ecosystem growth and ability to translate high-level strategy into tactical execution.

A proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment and can manage multiple priorities across different stakeholder groups.

Proficiency with partner portal platforms (PRM), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems to drive and track engagement.
Requirements

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $117,000 USD and $170,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program.

Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 CAD and $193,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Passwordβs generous benefits program.
