Role Description
Cloudflare is seeking a strategic, results-driven AMER Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate our partner-led growth through our most influential National Partners and Distribution ecosystem. In this role, you will be the strategic lead for our scalable marketing engine, driving the initiatives that fuel our mission to Help Build a Better Internet.
Role Responsibilities

Technical Enablement & Hands-on Engagements:
Program Manage our Partner Forums which are sales and technical series designed to move partner engineers from awareness to advocacy.

National & Distribution Strategy:
Own the marketing roadmap for a select portfolio of National Partners and Distributors, ensuring every campaign aligns with regional sales quotas and Cloudflare’s global brand.

Mindshare & Enablement:
Design "Marketing-to-Partner" initiatives—including sales incentives, SPIFFs, and "floor days"—to ensure Cloudflare remains top-of-mind for partner account managers in a crowded marketplace.

The "Better Together" Story:
Collaborate with partners to develop joint value propositions that translate complex technical solutions into high-converting sales narratives for the modern IT and Security buyer.

Full-Funnel Execution:
Manage a diverse portfolio of activities, from high-touch executive roundtables for National Partners to automated, "always-on" digital demand generation through Distribution marketplaces.

MDF Stewardship:
Strategically manage and optimize the Market Development Fund, ensuring that investments in partner programs yield high-velocity, measurable ROI.

Performance & Attribution:
Act as the "source of truth" for partner-led ROI. Utilize Salesforce to track lead flow, manage attribution, and report on marketing-sourced pipeline specifically within the National/Disty segment.

Cross-Functional Bridge:
Align closely with Channel Sales Leaders, Partner Account Managers, and Field Marketing to ensure seamless program execution and lead follow-up.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, with a demonstrable track record of managing National Partners and Distributors.

Proven expertise in developing programmatic, "one-to-many" marketing frameworks and turnkey campaign assets that drive demand across the partner ecosystems.

Deep understanding of the SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Networking sectors.

You possess the analytical rigor to translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic pivots.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

A self-starter who thrives in high-velocity, high-growth environments.
Requirements

Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).

Experience in designing scalable partner marketing plays and campaigns specifically targeted toward the velocity of the commercial and mid-market segments.

Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality sales and marketing collateral (e.g., white papers, webinars, case studies).
Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

For Denver, Colorado based hires: Estimated annual salary of $123,000 - $169,000.
-
For Seattle, Washington based hires: Estimated annual salary of $135,000 - $186,000.

For Washington DC based hires: Estimated annual salary of $135,000 - $186,000.

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan.

The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.
