Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Paid Social UA Manager to drive scalable growth across key social media channels, particularly on Facebook and Instagram. Your focus will be on optimizing paid social campaigns to achieve efficient lead generation and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Efficiently manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and native display channels to drive high-quality lead generation
- Maximize ROAS by analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and reallocating budgets based on data insights to enhance campaign efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to boost lead acquisition, ensuring scalable growth across key social platforms
- Identify opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to elevate campaign performance and meet lead generation goals
- Adapt swiftly to new challenges, platforms, and industry trends, utilizing cutting-edge tools to remain competitive
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid social campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign data and optimize performance for maximum ROI
- Experience with lead generation strategies, with a focus on acquiring high-quality leads
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with creative and performance marketing teams
