As a
Senior Paid Social Strategist
, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid social programs for Tier 1 clients, with a strong focus on CPG (beauty) brands. You will lead high-impact campaigns across Meta and TikTok, managing budgets of $1M+ per month, and driving measurable business outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep platform expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate autonomously. You will be responsible for:

Qualifications

8β10+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital media (agency experience strongly preferred)

Proven track record managing large-scale budgets ($1M+ per month) and driving consistent performance outcomes

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (required)

Experience with Pinterest Ads is a strong plus

Strong understanding of CPG and/or beauty, including creative strategy and consumer behavior

Demonstrated ability to own strategy and lead client conversations for high-priority accounts

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business impact

Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks, including Conversion APIs

Platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads Academy) preferred
Requirements

Own paid social strategy and performance for Tier 1 accounts, particularly within CPG/beauty verticals

Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion

Align paid social strategy to client business goals including revenue growth, efficiency, and customer acquisition

Manage and optimize $1M+ in monthly media spend with a focus on scalability and profitability
-
Identify and lead growth opportunities across platforms and audiences
-
Lead campaign setup, structure, audience strategy, creative implementation, and budget allocation across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
-
Ensure campaigns are executed with precision and aligned with strategic direction and KPIs
-
Implement advanced platform solutions (e.g., Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance Campaigns)

Maintain strong quality control and operational excellence across all campaigns
-
Own ongoing optimization strategy including audience targeting, creative iteration, bidding strategies, and budget allocation

Drive performance against key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue growth

Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps (creative, audience, landing page, and platform features)

Identify scaling opportunities and execute strategies to efficiently grow spend and performance

Leverage first-party data, platform insights, and evolving best practices to improve outcomes

Analyze performance data across platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities

Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Monitor pacing, performance shifts, and anomalies, proactively adjusting strategy as needed

Connect platform performance to broader business impact and client KPIs

Serve as a key strategic partner to clients and internal account teams

Lead performance discussions, campaign readouts, and strategic planning conversations

Communicate complex performance insights in a clear and actionable way

Provide proactive recommendations based on data, platform changes, and industry trends

Partner with creative, analytics, lifecycle marketing, and paid search teams to execute integrated strategies

Collaborate on creative strategy and testing frameworks to improve performance

Support implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions including pixels and Conversion APIs

Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends across paid social
-
Bring forward new ideas and opportunities across channels (e.g., social commerce, creator amplification, emerging formats)

Continuously refine strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the CPG/beauty space
