Role Description
Our Client is seeking a
Senior Paid Advertising Performance Analyst
to own the execution, performance, and growth of marketing services for their most complex, enterprise-level accounts. This role is designed for a technical "master" of paid media who can thrive under pressure and navigate probing client questions with ease. Beyond account management, this individual serves as a cornerstone for the department—auditing existing accounts, leading training sessions, and supporting leadership in evolving the agency’s product offering.
Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Strategy & Execution:

Leads paid advertising strategy for marquee fashion accounts, ensuring achievement of aggressive client goals.

Serves as the primary escalation point for key accounts, resolving roadblocks and navigating difficult performance conversations.

Oversees high-quality campaign execution and rigorous QA to prevent revenue-impacting errors.

Manages accurate budget pacing and provides strategic advice on high-level budget reallocations.

Advanced Technical Mastery:

Applies expert-level knowledge across Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Meta Ads, including YouTube, Display, and Performance Max.

Utilizes advanced technical expertise in attribution, incrementality, and measurement frameworks to deliver impactful results.

Leverages AI technologies to optimize workflows and models best practices for team-wide adoption.

Leadership & Team Development:

Mentors and elevates team talent through coaching, escalation support, and specialized training.

Audits 8–10 existing accounts across the department each quarter to ensure the "gold standard" of execution.

Collaborates on new business pitches and audits, contributing deep industry perspective and strategic insights.

Partners with leadership to identify knowledge gaps and implement department-wide solutions.
Qualifications

5–6 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in an agency setting.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEM experience (Google/Bing) on large, enterprise-level accounts.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads direct response campaigns.

Significant experience across 3+ additional types: YouTube, Performance Max, Standard Shopping, Display, or Pinterest/TikTok Ads.

Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and the ability to formulate "stories" from data, going beyond basic stats.

Exceptional English verbal and written skills; highly confident in client-facing presentations and high-stakes conflict resolution.
