Role Description

The Senior Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Strategist will take ownership of the entire paid marketing strategy across multiple client accounts. This is a senior role focused on making strategic decisions, optimising campaigns, improving client results and contributing to the future growth of the agency. The role extends beyond media buying into:

• Funnel strategy
• Landing pages
• Offer positioning
• Lead generation systems
• Conversion optimisation
• CRM automation
• AI-driven marketing

The successful candidate will work closely with Client Success Managers, the creative team and leadership to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience running Meta advertising campaigns
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
• Strong understanding of lead generation
• Experience with online coaching or service-based businesses
• Experience scaling campaigns profitably
• Experience with high-ticket offers
• Experience with direct response marketing
• Experience with funnel optimisation
• Experience with landing pages
• Experience with conversion rate optimisation
• Understanding of buyer psychology
• Experience with creative strategy
• Experience with offer positioning
• Experience with data analysis and marketing strategy
• Experience presenting campaign performance to clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
