[Hiring] Senior Media Buyer @Falcon Funded

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with proven experience managing high daily budgets ($5K–$10K+), ideally in competitive or restricted verticals (finance, trading, crypto, lead gen). You should be comfortable scaling campaigns, testing creatives rapidly and navigating account instability or restrictions when needed.

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Scale campaigns from testing phase to $5K–$10K+ daily spend
• Build and manage campaign structures (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies)
• Continuously test creatives (hooks, angles, UGC, formats)
• Monitor and optimize performance (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Identify and solve performance drops (creative fatigue, audience saturation, etc.)

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing daily ad on Meta
• Strong track record of scaling profitable campaigns
• Experience in finance, trading, crypto or lead generation is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization workflows
• Ability to break down performance issues (CPM / CTR / CVR) and act fast
• Hands-on experience with creative testing and iteration
