Role Description
The Sr. MarTech Lead oversees the organization’s marketing technology ecosystem, digital properties, marketing analytics, healthcare data governance and privacy, and server-side tracking technology to support patient acquisition, campaign optimization, digital experience, and internal and external reporting. This role serves as the marketing technology lead across web platforms, analytics, data integrations, measurement, and privacy, partnering closely with Marketing, Product/IT, Security, Legal/Compliance, and external agencies and vendors.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.

Extensive experience (10+ years) in marketing technology, digital marketing analytics, measurement, web platforms, and tracking infrastructure, ideally in a regulated industry (healthcare/telehealth preferred).

Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices, integrated marketing plans, lead enablement activities, and related deliverables.

Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager or equivalent tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager/Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, cookies/pixels, server-side tracking, WordPress, and Cloudflare.

Knowledge of relevant marketing, analytics, content, project management, and productivity platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, HTML, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Products, Adobe CS, Social Media Platforms, SEMrush, Asana.

Strong experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, attribution, lead generation and management, patient or consumer acquisition, and full-funnel performance measurement.

Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations; SQL or other data-querying experience preferred.

Deep understanding of healthcare data governance, privacy, consent, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, PHI/PII, vendor data sharing, and tracking limitations.

Strong influencing, problem-solving, critical-thinking, strategic-planning, and technical project-management skills.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.

High level of initiative, independence, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple platforms, projects, vendors, and deadlines in a remote environment.
Requirements

Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and company offsites, up to approximately 10%.

Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST or EST, evenings/weekends as needed.
