Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A physician-founded healthcare technology company is preparing to launch a new mobile application focused on evidence-based bone health education and patient engagement. The company is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to lead its day-to-day marketing execution and digital presence.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of social media management, content planning, competitor research, and community engagement while helping execute the company's marketing strategy. This role is intended to serve as the primary marketing resource, with the opportunity to expand into a larger marketing team as the business grows.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Experience creating content calendars and executing marketing campaigns
• Graphic design experience (Canva or similar)
• Video editing experience for short-form content and podcasts
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Market research and competitor analysis experience
• Healthcare or wellness marketing experience is a plus

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 40 hours/week
• Daily Working Time: 8AM - 5PM (with 1 hour lunch)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Reporting To/POC: To Be Determined
