Role Description

The Senior Marketing Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting all facets of the Marketing Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the Marketing Operations team runs efficiently — contributing to the strategy, planning, and execution of processes that advance the overall performance of Marketing as a whole.

This is a role for an experienced, analytically driven marketing operations professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills — someone who leads with data, champions process excellence, and elevates the capabilities of the team around them.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Manage data quality in assigned systems to produce accurate information as efficiently as possible; assist with the resolution of issues related to campaigns, systems analysis, and data integrity to ensure ongoing operational excellence.
• Make recommendations and develop roadmaps for process efficiency in assigned systems and projects; identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that deliver measurable positive impact to time, cost, and quality of technology deliverables.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned systems and their integrations, constructing standards based on stakeholder input; assist in monitoring assigned systems and projects to identify red flags, trends, improvement opportunities, and benchmarks.
• Contribute to reporting and analytical efforts of the Marketing Operations team; support the management of key performance indicators and ensure weekly and monthly net targets are available, quantified, and accessible for all programs.
• Assist in managing the budget and vendors related to assigned marketing systems; ensure that lessons learned from marketing activities are disseminated to stakeholders and interpreted appropriately to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Marketing Operations team through knowledge sharing, collaborative problem-solving, and cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years of significant experience in marketing automation, CRM, and/or project management in a marketing operations environment.
• Significant hands-on experience working with databases and developing new data sets.
• Advanced CRM, BI, and/or marketing automation software experience, with relevant certification(s) in CRM, BI, or marketing automation platforms strongly preferred.
• Strong facilitation and project management skills; highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking with strong Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrating a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; strong conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging, informative, and compelling presentations that effectively communicate marketing operations strategies, system insights, and process improvements to diverse stakeholder audiences across the organization.
• Proven track record of fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing project budgets and vendor relationships related to assigned marketing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across marketing technology systems and integrations.
• Experience contributing to reporting and analytical efforts, including the management of key performance indicators.
• Flexibility to support up to 10% travel for in-person collaboration, vendor engagements, or project support needs.
