This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, analytics, and team leadership.
You will oversee a team of 5 marketing professionals and lead two primary functions:

Demand generation initiatives targeting U.S.-based healthcare organizations and radiology clinics

Recruitment marketing campaigns focused on attracting top talent across Latin America
The ideal candidate is a T-shaped marketer with strong demand generation expertise, deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, and proven experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building strategy, analyzing performance metrics, managing projects, and executing campaigns when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals

Build and optimize scalable multi-channel lead generation programs

Drive pipeline growth through paid media, webinars, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and funnel optimization

Support the sales team with strategic campaign planning and lead nurturing initiatives
-
Create and manage marketing collateral for webinars, events, and campaigns
-
Continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates across the customer journey

Recruitment Marketing

Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns focused on attracting top talent across Latin America

Improve candidate acquisition funnels and campaign performance
-
Strengthen employer branding initiatives

Partner with recruiting and operations teams to support hiring goals

Team Leadership & Project Management
-
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 direct reports
-
Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration
-
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Analytics & Performance Optimization
-
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
-
Use data and insights to optimize budget allocation and channel performance

Improve marketing reporting systems and operational processes

Ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and business growth objectives
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience managing marketing functions or teams
-
Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline growth
-
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)

Experience managing digital marketing channels including:

Google Ads

LinkedIn Ads
-
Meta Ads
-
Email marketing campaigns

Webinar campaigns
-
Strong analytical and performance optimization skills

Excellent project management and organizational abilities

Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$4,500 USD/month (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Full-time remote position

Working hours aligned with EST/CST business hours

Independent contractor position

This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries
