[Hiring] Senior Marketing Manager @Foundation

Role Description

We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to run Foundation's own marketing — the same playbook we sell to clients, applied to ourselves. You'll own demand generation, content distribution, and the brand surface area that turns Foundation into the obvious choice when a B2B company is shopping for a partner to help them with AI visibility.

This is a builder seat. You'll set the strategy, run the calendar, write or commission the work, and ship it across every channel that matters. You'll have execution support underneath you, but the thinking is yours.

What You'll Own

• Foundation's inbound pipeline: You own the number of qualified opportunities sourced from marketing end to end.
• The content engine: Decide what gets made, what gets distributed where, and what gets retired across various platforms including blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, podcast appearances, partner content, and GEO surface area inside LLMs.
• The distribution layer: Focus on repurposing, syndication, community seeding, and paid amplification when it earns its keep.
• The brand: Work with leadership to sharpen Foundation's voice, point of view, and positioning against competing agencies.
• Reporting: Provide a monthly view of what's working, what's not, what we're killing, and what we're doubling down on.

Qualifications

• Run marketing for a B2B agency, B2B SaaS company, or B2B services firm where you owned the pipeline number. Agency-side experience is strongly preferred.
• Built a content and distribution program from something to something better.
• Written things people actually read.
• Worked with SEO, GEO, and AI search as part of your content mix.
• Some experience with paid social or paid search with a real budget would be great.

Requirements

• You think in distribution, not just creation.
• You have a point of view and you defend it with evidence.
• You ship because we move fast at Foundation.
• You read the room on AI and use it to do better work.

What This Isn't

• A pure brand role. We measure pipeline here.
• A pure performance role. We measure brand equity too, just less neatly.
• A management role on day one. You'll have execution support, but you're the doer-in-chief for the first six months.

Location, Timezone & Work Setup

• Work Setup: Fully remote
• Primary Target Locations: Canada, LATAM, Europe
• Timezone: Required overlap with EST timezone

Compensation

• Base Pay Range: Salary range: 80k - 110k CAD depending on experience.
• Bonus tied to pipeline targets
• Total compensation includes: Company-wide profit sharing + Commission on expansions/extensions
• Final compensation is determined by experience, role level, and location.
