Role Description
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own and accelerate the strategic marketing vision of the brand driving clarity, consistency, and growth. You will lead the development and execution of brand objectives, strategies, and philosophies, translating big ideas into powerful, measurable outcomes. From concept to completion, you will create, plan, execute, and analyze high-impact marketing events and programs, delivering full recap and post-evaluation insights. Youβll unify all marketing platforms into one cohesive, always-on brand engine that maximizes reach, engagement, and results.

Entrench the brands organically into relevant Sports, Gaming, Music & Culture with the right associations and use these platforms to develop new insightful ideas.

Identify key pillar based national intellectual property to activate the brand among target audience.

Identify and align key business performance indicators for all the strategic pillars and ensure quarterly execution of plans.

Periodic tracking and reporting of the performance indicators and suggest changes when required.

Plan and align execution models for the strategic pillars, guiding teams to activate as per plan.

Inspect plan vs execution to meet global standards of activation and engagement.

Own and manage marketing contracts and support timely revisions for execution of all plans.

Coordinate with global counterparts for changes & revisions of contract and provide clarity to the system on specific nuances for seamless sign off.

Manage national athletes, ambassadors, and influencers to understand the brand and inspire.

Drive brand awareness and engagement with amplification through earned media.

Work on digital activities or promotions, content videos.

Present and align National quarterly plans integrating feedback from bottlers and revise plans to support business.

Inspect plan vs execution and guide the regional team to meet global standards of activation and engagement.

Negotiate exclusivity & deliverables with agencies/strategic partners to leverage and create unique sampling, sales opportunities.

Ensure all branding, logo use is acceptable at all events, activations and it is approved.

Closure, handover of all with execution plan, toolkit and clear deliverables.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study preferred.

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

More than 10 years of experience in marketing, managing projects desired.

More than 10 years of experience in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry desired.

Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and Outlook) desired.

Fluent English desired.
