Role Description
NeoGenomics has an opening for a Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the company's continued success. This position is remote-non CA.
The Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across NeoGenomics. Serving as a shared resource, this role supports email marketing, lead nurturing, webinars, and content distribution initiatives across multiple teams.
This position owns the technical build, deployment, testing, and execution of campaigns while ensuring best practices are applied to maximize engagement and performance. The specialist collaborates closely with marketing stakeholders to translate strategy into effective customer-facing campaigns and provides the operational expertise needed to reach target audiences and drive measurable business results.
Core Responsibilities

Own email and Marketing Cloud campaign builds and deployments, serving as the primary execution resource for marketers across the organization who do not have dedicated campaign-building support.

Build and execute nurture and drip campaigns that support demand generation initiatives, partnering directly with stakeholders responsible for demand generation programs.

Develop webinar and event registration campaigns, including registration emails, reminder communications, and post-event nurture sequences.

Create campaign-specific landing pages that align with marketing objectives and support rapid campaign deployment needs.

Build content distribution and syndication campaigns for assets developed by the Content and Thought Leadership Manager.

Apply sound judgment to campaign structure, audience segmentation, testing strategies, subject lines, send times, and campaign sequencing to improve overall performance.

Manage and prioritize campaign requests from multiple teams, establish realistic timelines, and proactively communicate capacity constraints.

Continuously evaluate and adopt more efficient campaign-building tools and processes, including AI-enabled technologies, to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or campaign execution.

Deep hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within a marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable solution.

Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment to campaign structure, optimization, and execution strategies.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and competing priorities.

Experience developing landing pages and campaign-specific digital assets.

Comfortable evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and campaign tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve efficiency and performance.
Travel Requirements

Ability to travel as required for the role, up to 15% of the time, primarily for internal meetings and occasional conferences.
