Role Description

The Senior Marketing Associate - Edwards Signaling will support the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, promote Edwards Signaling products, and support customer engagement. The role will develop marketing content, coordinate projects, maintain digital and print marketing assets, and assist with new product launch activities. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Marketing, this position will help ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of marketing programs.

The Senior Marketing Associate will report directly to the Marketing Manager – Edwards Signaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Leadership & Strategy
  • Support implementation of Edwards Signaling brand guidelines across marketing materials and communications.
  • Assist with the development of marketing messaging, product content, and promotional materials.
  • Help maintain consistency of brand presentation across customer-facing channels.
  • Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Marketing Execution & Development
  • Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, data sheets, sell sheets, presentations, case studies, product literature, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external resources to develop and maintain marketing content.
  • Support development of creative assets for product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and produce marketing videos for product launches, customer stories, training materials, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage video projects from concept development through scripting, filming, editing, and final distribution.
  • Coordinate and execute product photography for marketing campaigns, catalogs, websites, and sales materials.
  • Edit and optimize photos and visual assets for both digital and print applications.
  • Support website, email marketing, social media, and digital campaign initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize digital multimedia assets.
• Product Commercialization & Go-to-Market Support
  • Assist with product launch activities, including development of marketing collateral, website updates, sales tools, and customer communications.
  • Support Product Management and Sales teams with commercialization efforts for new and existing products.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables associated with product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Support trade show, channel, and distributor marketing activities as needed.
• Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate marketing projects and activities to support business objectives and timelines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate marketing content.
  • Maintain project schedules and support tracking of marketing deliverables.
• Market Awareness & Positioning
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
  • Assist with competitive research and market analysis projects.
  • Support development of content and communications based on market insights.
  • Share observations and findings with Product Management and Marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in design, marketing, brand management, product marketing, or related field (experience in B2B or electrical goods industry preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing Skills: Experience developing marketing content, supporting campaigns, and creating customer-facing communications across digital and traditional channels.
• Creative Skills: Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, visual storytelling, and content creation with the ability to independently create, update, and manage a broad range of marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Support) and external vendors.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels of the organization.
