Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Analytics and Insights to lead how we measure, learn, and optimize across our most critical growth channels. In this highly visible, strategic role, you'll sit at the intersection of Growth, Product, Finance, and Data Science—partnering across the organization to make every marketing dollar work harder and smarter.

Measurement, Experimentation and Optimization

Own measurement strategy for paid and performance marketing looking through the lens of attribution and incrementality.

Design and evaluate conversion and lift tests to quantify true incremental ROI.

Drive budget optimization across channels and campaign options using marginal return analysis.

Build scenario analyses and business cases to support paid media investment decisions.

Translate data into business and impact narratives.

Channel Performance and Growth Analytics

Lead performance analytics across search, social, SEO, media, and lifecycle marketing.

Identify growth opportunities through deep channel, campaign, and cohort analysis.

Develop attribution frameworks with a balance of rigor and operational simplicity.

Design tests to answer specific questions through a growth and impact lens.

Analytics and Insights

Orchestrate analysis harnessing existing BI tools and workflows.

Identify and harness AI-enabled tools to detect trends, opportunities, and insights.

Develop or provide code dashboards and reports that surface relevant KPIs.

Evaluate and implement best-in-class measurement tooling and data infrastructure improvements.

Cross-functional Influence and Enablement

Partner with Growth, Product, Finance, and Data Science teams to align on shared metrics and reporting, and connect spend to growth and LTV outcomes.

Enable marketing and channel teams with self-serve analytics tools and clear KPI frameworks.

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.

Champion a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the growth organization.
Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or data science within a digital-first or SaaS environment.

Deep expertise in marketing measurement, including incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.

Proven track record designing and interpreting A/B and lift tests at scale.

Experience building and communicating business cases for budget allocation and investment decisions.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority across marketing, product, and finance stakeholders.

Strong data visualization skills using packaged tools or coded apps.

Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences.
Preferred experience

Experience in SMB-focused platforms or subscription-based digital products.

Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tooling for anomaly detection, forecasting, or insight automation.

Background working with performance marketing channels at scale (search, social, affiliate).

MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
