Role Description
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager, Feed-Based Growth to build and scale feed-driven advertising programs across emerging and fast-evolving platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and AppLovin. This role will own the end-to-end strategy for adapting product feeds, creative systems, and optimization frameworks to new channels—turning early-stage programs into scalable, repeatable growth engines. You’ll operate at the intersection of feeds, creative, automation, and experimentation, partnering closely with paid search, DPA, creative, analytics, and merchandising teams.

Own the feed-based advertising strategy across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin)

Adapt core product feeds to meet platform-specific requirements and best practices

Build modular creative frameworks that leverage feeds across platforms

Design scalable campaign structures that balance control with automation

Define KPIs appropriate for nascent channels (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, assisted conversions)
Qualifications

5-8+ years of performance marketing experience, with strong feed-based expertise

Hands-on experience launching feed-based programs or scaling at least one of: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin

Deep understanding of product feeds, catalogs, and automation-driven advertising

Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to operate amid ambiguity

Highly analytical, with comfort making decisions from incomplete data

Proven ability to build programs from zero to scale

Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels

Experience working with large product catalogs in an ecommerce environment

Proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment

Strong program management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with ease

Test, Learn and Scale mindset with a strong bias for action

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
Requirements

Experience managing global or multi-region DPA programs

Familiarity with incrementality testing and advanced measurement frameworks

Familiarity with structured databases and ability to use SQL to pull data

Understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools

Experience in ecommerce or multi-category retail

Experience working with creators, UGC pipelines, or influencer programs

Background in international or cross-market expansion

Familiarity with feed management tools: Feedonomics, Marpipe, Smartly
