Role Description

This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement through CRM initiatives.

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to reactivate dormant leads ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
Manage the journey orchestrations, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
Create engaging email & WhatsApp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience.
Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Hubspot, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in CRM management or related fields, with a strong track record of managing CRM systems.
Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
Deep understanding of CRM software and tools, with a preference for Salesforce or similar platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and market trends.
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present strategic insights to stakeholders effectively.
