[Hiring] Senior Manager, Creative Strategy @BM Digital

Role Description

We are looking for a Creative Strategy Manager to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.

You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.

What You Will Own

• The creative standard: Set the bar across every client, format, and platform. Track trends on Meta and TikTok, translate signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks.
• The team: Enhance the performance creative strategists' skills in diagnosing underperformance, fluency in direct response principles, and confidence in creative decision-making.
• The production process: Collaborate with the lead editor to build standards, workflows, and SOPs for high-output production.
• Creator and talent alignment: Work with the head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator processes are synchronized.
• New client launches: Own the creative onboarding process to build frameworks that achieve early wins and establish proof of concept.
• The senior creative voice: Present creative strategy to founders or CMOs, provide constructive feedback, and instill confidence in clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance creative, primarily at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients.
• Experience driving revenue with measurable effects on conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
• Fluency in direct response creative, understanding what drives engagement and conversion.
• Ability to develop and challenge team members, fostering a culture of evidence-based creative decisions.
• Experience operating at volume while maintaining quality and team alignment.

• $180,000 - $420,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
