Role Description
The Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy & Commercialization will support the execution of North America’s Go-to-Market strategies, new product launches, and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director, this role will manage commercialization projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence in bringing new products and programs to market. The Sr. Manager will play a key role in driving business momentum and supporting sustained growth through effective project management, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

Commercialization & Project Management

Lead the execution of commercialization plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives in North America.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful market introductions.

Partner with Sales Operations, Channel, and Sales teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.

Support the development and implementation of operating rhythms and best practices within the Commercialization team.

Build understanding of the new product development (NPD) process and communicate product value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product, Brand, and Category teams to activate go-to-market strategies and support customer-facing initiatives.

Facilitate alignment and information flow across teams to ensure consistent execution and achievement of business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development

Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering growth in business, functional, and leadership capabilities.

Support the Sr. Director in building a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the Sr. Director and other stakeholders.

Flex across strategic projects as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, communications, or related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of experience in commercialization, brand strategy, or related fields, with demonstrated project management expertise.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience leading or mentoring teams in a cross-functional environment.

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
