[Hiring] Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager @Cosuno

Role Description

Cosuno is a B2B marketplace connecting general contractors and subcontractors across the construction industry. As our Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager, you'll build the growth engine that turns new users into active, paying and retained customers — and move us toward an AI-native, signal-driven system that decides what happens next on its own. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup.

• Build the CRM programmes and lifecycle journeys that drive adoption and conversion.
• Develop an agentic, signal-driven system with the Marketing Lead.
• Experiment and measure with A/B tests and holdout groups.
• Scale successful strategies into a repeatable system.
• Connect journeys with Sales and Customer Success.
• Use CRM to enhance marketplace liquidity.
• Support growth programmes such as referrals.

Qualifications

• Owned CRM, lifecycle, retention or growth programmes with demonstrated commercial impact.
• Directly influenced conversion, activation or retention metrics.
• Genuinely AI-native with experience in building AI-driven automation or agentic CRM systems.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries independently.
• Capable of moving from data → insight → idea → implementation → result.
• Effective collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign and Salesforce (or comparable CRM tools) is a plus.
