[Hiring] Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager @Careerxtra

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale CRM strategy into a primary revenue driver. Reporting to Co-founder & CMO, this fully remote role owns end-to-end lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app messaging, promotions) to boost conversion, retention, repeat purchases, and LTV.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Lead CRM strategy across onboarding, abandoned checkout, retention, reactivation, and offer flows.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior to identify friction points, build custom segments, and run rapid experiments.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to enhance tooling, tracking, and campaign logic.
• Monetization & LTV: Drive repeat transactions, specifically targeting token/credit purchases and subscription renewals.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C Track Record: Demonstrated success driving measurable revenue, conversion, and retention in high-volume B2C subscription or transactional environments.
• Hands-On Execution: Ability to personally set up journeys, segmentation, triggers, testing, and attribution analysis.
• Domain Comfort: Comfortable marketing products powered by uncensored AI models and content.
• Bonus Backgrounds: Experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech, consumer tech, virtual currency/token models, or fast-scaling startups.
