[Hiring] Senior Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager @ARB Interactive

Role Description

Today we have a brand people want to talk about, a category full of creators looking for a partner who actually gets them, and no formal creator program. You will create one, and you will do it yourself. You'll report to the Director of Growth Strategy, with the room to define how this function runs.

• You own it end to end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, deal structure, content, and the program architecture that makes all of it repeatable.
• Not a roster of one-off posts. A network you can activate on short notice, where the creators we find early and help grow become our loudest advocates and pull the next wave of talent toward us.
• You'll partner closely with the Director of Growth Strategy and cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand and Product as the creator channel scales.
• This is a founding role: expect to set the systems, tools and cadence yourself in year one, with the scope to grow into leading the function as the program proves out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer, creator, talent or community marketing, including at least one program you built or scaled meaningfully yourself.
• A real network. You can open a laptop and start sending messages to people who will actually reply.
• Natural grit. You are motivated by the opportunity to build the machine rather than inherit it.
• Proven closing ability. You've negotiated deals from a few hundred dollars to six figures and know when each makes sense.
• Fluency in creator economics: rate benchmarks, CPM and CPA math, affiliate and rev share structures, whitelisting, usage rights, and how to build a deal that works for both sides.
• Experience running something always-on. A community, a contributor program, an ambassador network, anything where the job was keeping a lot of people engaged and producing over time, not just booking deals one at a time.
• Strong content instincts. You can tell in five seconds whether a creator's audience is real and whether their style will convert.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action. You build the spreadsheet, write the contract template and set up the tracking yourself.
• Sharp written communication. Most of your closing happens in DMs and email.

Requirements

• Background in talent management, or you've been a creator yourself.
• Live streaming know-how, especially Twitch and Kick.
• Experience with clipping or edit-driven content programs.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, affiliate tooling and attribution setups.
• You've worked in a regulated or age-gated category and know how to operate cleanly inside one.
