Responsibilities

• Own the planning, launch, optimisation, and growth of Google Ads search campaigns;
• Develop and optimise remarketing campaigns, audiences, and messaging;
• Use performance data, experiments, and conversion value to guide campaign decisions;
• Improve measurement across GA4, GTM, offline conversions, and attribution;
• Write and test concise ad copy that speaks to different audiences;
• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI agents and LLMs, then implement them in advertising and analytics workflows;
• Build or improve automations that reduce manual work and make campaign insights easier to act on.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads search campaigns and the ability to manage them independently;
• A solid understanding of GA4, GTM, offline conversions, attribution, and value-based optimisation;
• Experience with remarketing campaigns;
• An understanding of APIs and practical skills in SQL, Python, or automation tools;
• Experience putting AI or LLM solutions into use in advertising or analytics, with examples of the problems they solved;
• The ability to write clear, effective ad copy;
• An analytical mindset, sound judgement, and the confidence to propose and carry through improvements.
