The Field Marketing Team plays a crucial role in bridging corporate marketing with regional sales goals, directly impacting pipeline and revenue. The team is responsible for:

Creating and influencing pipeline for Sales.

Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS space.

Proven track record of managing complex events and integrated campaigns across the Americas region.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and deadlines.

Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.

Analytical mindset with experience using martech tools to track, report, and optimize marketing performance.

Experience running ABM programs for strategic enterprise accounts.

Familiarity with cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps-related technologies.
Requirements

Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Experience working with global teams in high-growth startup environments.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive Field and Partner Marketing strategy for the Americas region in close collaboration with Sales and Partner teams.

Own the end-to-end execution of first and third-party events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budget management, and onsite presence.

Manage the full lifecycle of conference sponsorships β from contract and payment processing to content preparation and post-event follow-up.

Design and run tailored ABM campaigns for high-priority accounts, working closely with Sales to drive pipeline and deal acceleration.

Lead regional partner marketing initiatives.
