Role Description

This is the senior marketing leader who owns what Seekr means in market — the positioning, messaging, value proposition, differentiation, and product narrative that everything else in marketing builds on top of. Demand generation will deliver our campaigns into market. Communications will carry our voice in earned media and analyst channels. This role is the source of the words, the meaning, and the technical product story that both functions depend on.

The center of gravity is our Master Messaging Framework — the architecture for taking a campaign theme from insight to activation as a self-contained messaging-and-asset system. Each iteration is built around ICP and persona work, core messaging and positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and a structured library of technical, product content and thought leadership. You will own this framework end-to-end. Demand gen will activate it. Comms will amplify it. You will build it.

This role covers Seekr's full go-to-market — both commercial enterprise and federal. You will need to develop messaging, positioning, and product narratives that speak credibly to a Fortune 500 CDO or CISO and to a federal program manager or mission owner, and to understand how those audiences differ in language, proof, and procurement reality without fragmenting Seekr's brand into two disconnected stories.

The "Technical" in the title is load-bearing. Seekr competes in a category where buyers — federal program managers, CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, regulated-industry CDOs — make decisions based on architectural credibility, not marketing language. The person in this role can read a model card, sit through a roadmap review, hold internal claims to the buyer’s standard, and translate genuine technical differentiation into messaging that holds up in front of a both a buyer who reads code or compliance documentation for a living as well as an entirely non-technical outcome owner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Master Messaging Framework end-to-end.
  • Translate technical capability into compelling narrative.
  • Develop and maintain core positioning and messaging for the company and for each product line.
  • Build and maintain distinct commercial and federal narratives that ladder up to a single brand and product story.
  • Produce technical product content at high volume and at craft level.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets.
  • Run competitive intelligence as a marketing input.
  • Own, develop, and maintain ICP and persona definitions in partnership with sales, BD, customer success, and field engineering.
  • Partner upstream with product and engineering on technical accuracy, roadmap-aligned messaging, and credible architectural differentiation.
  • Partner downstream with demand generation, communications and PR, sales, BD, and field engineering, and the creative & brand team.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in product marketing, with at least three of those years owning end-to-end product narrative and integrated messaging architecture for a technical product.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to federal, defense, intelligence, or other public sector buyers.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to enterprise commercial buyers in regulated or high-stakes industries.
  • A portfolio of writing across long-form, short-form, sales enablement, and product content.
  • Demonstrated experience taking a complex, technical product to market in a way that makes it understandable, differentiated, and bought.
  • Genuine technical fluency in AI, ML, data infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise software.
  • Track record of running PMM inside a high-velocity environment.
  • Cross-functional credibility with product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in explainable AI, responsible AI, AI governance, auditable systems, or evaluation and assurance.
  • Active or eligible for U.S. security clearance, a plus but not required.
