[Hiring] Senior Director, Paid Social & Paid Search @StrawberryFrog

Role Description

StrawberryFrog is seeking a senior paid media leader who knows the platforms cold and uses AI to push them further. You will:

• Drive the work.
• Own paid social and paid search across your accounts.
• Set the standard and lead senior client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Partner with the Head of Media on attribution, measurement, and reporting.
• Stay in the work by getting into the platforms when it matters.
• Build, QA, optimize, and troubleshoot.
• Architect AI-driven workflows across planning, build, optimization, and reporting.
• Identify and deploy the tools that matter.
• Run full-funnel, full-platform campaigns across various channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading paid social and paid search across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms.
• Hands-on platform fluency; capable of building, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns.
• A real track record using AI to optimize buying, automate workflows, and scale performance.
• Deep command of campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, creative testing, and measurement.
• Proven success on B2C and B2B accounts; retail, banking, and healthcare strongly preferred.
• Mastery of attribution, MMM, incrementality, tagging, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable as a senior client-facing voice on media.
• Fluency with platform APIs, dashboards, and modern measurement stacks; GA4 in particular.
• Agency experience required.
