We are seeking a strategic and inspirational leader to serve as our Senior Director of Tributeβs Marketing Services business. This person will manage and grow a multi-million dollar business line, leading the vision, performance, and evolution of the team and offering to the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Departmental Vision:

Lead, mentor, and manage functional teams to meet performance goals.

Balance delegation of client relationship and project duties.

Oversee team members to ensure projects are executed with excellence.

Strategic Client Consulting:

Serve as a strategic partner to major clients in defining marketing transformation strategies.

Translate evolving client needs into actionable strategy roadmaps.

Offer strategic guidance to funeral home owners on marketing investments.

AI, Data & Innovation Integration:

Embed AI and data-driven thinking into digital strategy development.
-
Stay ahead of marketing and martech trends.

Partner with internal teams to evolve AI-enhanced solutions.

Operational & Performance Oversight:

Deliver against business goals for revenue and margin.

Monitor and report on departmental KPIs.

Build scalable workflows and processes for efficiency.

Continuously improve operational practices for agility and cost-effectiveness.

Business Development & Growth:

Participate in the pitch and proposal process as a senior leader.

Partner with account and sales teams to identify new opportunities.

Develop and refine our digital value proposition.

Forecast digital trends and monitor competitor activity.
Qualifications

7β12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with experience in B2B SaaS or multi-product platforms.

10+ years in managed services, marketing agency, digital marketing strategy, and team leadership.

Strong operational understanding of systems, margins, and scaling a service business.

Deep understanding of digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, content, social, funnels).

Creative and strategic, capable of setting vision and executing details.

Business-minded with a focus on revenue, cost, and ROI.

Confident leader who can recruit, develop, and inspire a team.
