[Hiring] Senior Director, GTM Strategy and Marketing Operations @SOCi

Role Description

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Sr. Director of GTM Strategy and Marketing Operations to be the strategic and operational leader responsible for how Marketing drives pipeline and revenue at SOCi. This role co-owns the marketing go-to-market strategy with the Head of Demand Generation, ensuring alignment between strategic direction and program execution across all channels and motions.

• Own marketing planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment allocation.
• Partner closely with Demand Generation to translate strategy into high-impact programs that deliver pipeline and revenue.
• Ensure that GTM strategy is clear, data-driven, and effectively executed at scale.
• Directly manage the Director of Marketing Operations/GTM Engineering.
• Ensure systems, data, and infrastructure are aligned to support the strategy and scale execution.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing strategy, revenue/marketing operations, or demand generation leadership.
• Deep technical expertise across CRM platforms, marketing automation suites, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Proven ownership of pipeline targets and marketing-driven revenue outcomes.
• Strong experience with forecasting, funnel modeling, and performance management.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel GTM (inbound, outbound, ABM, enterprise sales cycles).
• Experience managing marketing budgets, including technology and media investment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Finance) without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, paired with operational fluency to guide execution.
• Willingness to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business.
