Role Description
As our Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead and scale our global digital marketing efforts, ensuring the effective execution and optimization of paid, owned, and earned digital channels.
- Own the digital marketing budget, drive cross-channel experimentation, and ensure alignment with segment marketing, integrated campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
- Responsible for building out ABX and target marketing capabilities while ensuring demand generation and pipeline acceleration remain at the forefront of our digital strategy.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams responsible for paid media, SEO, email, and organic social.
- Strong track record in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and digital performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Metadata, 6sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other leading marketing tools.

- Data-Driven & Performance-Oriented: Ability to translate digital performance insights into strategic actions that drive revenue impact.
- Strategic Leadership: Skilled at developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies that align with business objectives.
- Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of demand generation, paid media, ABX, and digital campaign optimization.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Strong ability to test new approaches and implement cutting-edge digital marketing techniques.
- Change Management: Adept at leading teams and driving transformation in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
