What You’ll Do

• SEO & SEM: Optimize website visibility through on-page and off-page SEO best practices. Manage and refine Google Ads campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
• Local SEO: Execute local SEO initiatives by optimizing Google Business Profiles, updating business details, adding posts and photos, and improving visibility in local search and map results.
• Local Listings Management: Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories, submit new listings, monitor reviews, and ensure business information is accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
• Performance & Analytics: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms—and turn data into action.
• Marketing Automation: Build and maintain email workflows and nurture sequences that drive engagement and conversions.
• Landing Pages & CRO: Collaborate with design and web teams to create and A/B test landing pages for optimal performance.
• Content Strategy Support: Partner with content creators to ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all campaigns.
• Budget Management: Monitor spend, analyze ROI, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum value.
• Continuous Learning: Stay on top of the latest marketing trends, tools, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Genuine curiosity about how digital channels drive business results.

Requirements

• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns or optimizing SEO.
• Knowledge of local SEO tools and platforms such as BrightLocal, Yext, or Moz Local.
• A strong grasp of campaign performance metrics and data storytelling.
