[Hiring] Senior Digital Marketing Manager @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale their B2B growth engine. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role for someone who understands that marketing is about driving qualified pipeline—not just running campaigns. You’ll lead demand generation across paid, organic, and outbound channels while building scalable systems that consistently generate leads, improve conversion rates, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and sales to optimize the entire marketing funnel—from awareness to customer acquisition—using data, experimentation, and automation.

Responsibilities

• B2B Growth & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Build scalable inbound and outbound demand generation programs across multiple channels.
  • Increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Optimize lead quality and conversion throughout the customer journey.
  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities through testing and experimentation.
• Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor and improve:
    • Cost per Lead (CPL)
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Conversion Rates
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Content, SEO & Organic Growth
  • Support SEO strategy through keyword research, content planning, and search intent optimization.
  • Improve organic traffic and inbound lead generation.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across paid, organic, and outbound marketing channels.
  • Optimize landing pages and website content to improve conversion performance.
• CRM, Marketing Automation & Email Marketing
  • Manage marketing operations using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Build and optimize:
    • Lead nurturing workflows
    • Lead scoring models
    • Email automation sequences
    • Marketing automation campaigns
  • Improve attribution reporting, campaign visibility, and marketing analytics.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Present campaign performance, pipeline insights, and growth recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Help scale marketing systems, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven success driving:
  • Pipeline growth
  • Qualified leads (MQLs & SQLs)
  • Revenue impact
• Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Experience managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, agency, or service-based businesses.
• Experience with outbound marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
• Previous leadership or team mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of:
  • B2B attribution
  • Funnel optimization

  • Marketing analytics and reporting
