[Hiring] Senior Digital Marketing Manager @Bamboo Works

Role Description

We’re looking for a highly experienced digital marketer who can take ownership of lead-generation campaigns across multiple client accounts and operate independently without constant direction. This is not a junior execution role. The ideal candidate should be able to assess an account strategically, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), and proactively recommend and implement improvements.

The role will primarily support clients in:

• Home Services (solar, kitchens, windows, installations, etc.)
• B2B & Professional Services (accountants, solicitors, IT services, consultants, etc.)

The primary focus is on generating qualified leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads, while also contributing to SEO, AI-assisted marketing workflows, tracking, and campaign strategy.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of digital marketing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns (not just eCommerce or awareness campaigns)
• Experience working with service-based businesses, ideally home services or B2B companies
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign structure, tracking and attribution, testing and optimisation
• Good SEO understanding, particularly around landing pages, site structure, and AI search evolution
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, tracking and conversion setup, CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience working remotely and independently
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without heavy supervision
