What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email, social, outbound)
• Own the complete marketing funnel from demand generation to conversion
• Lead and mentor high-performing marketing teams
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
• Track and optimize marketing ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing/Growth Lead/Sr. Manager)
• Proven track record driving growth through paid ads, outbound campaigns, and organic marketing
• Expertise in modern B2B tools: LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, analytics platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in service-based or professional industries (preferred)
