Role Description

DermAesthetic Consulting Group is seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Digital Growth & AI Automation Manager to lead digital growth strategy, marketing technology, AI automation, lead generation, paid media, CRM development, and conversion initiatives across DAC and our client portfolio.

We are not looking for a traditional Digital Marketing Manager. We need a highly technical, growth-minded marketer who understands how today's entire digital ecosystem works together—from Google and Meta advertising to GoHighLevel, AI agents, automated lead nurturing, conversion workflows, attribution, SEO, AI search, ChatGPT and emerging platforms.

This person must be able to strategize, build, execute, analyze and optimize. You should be just as comfortable building a complex GoHighLevel workflow or training an AI agent as you are developing a Google Ads strategy, diagnosing a conversion problem, designing a lead-generation campaign, or presenting growth strategy to a client.

If your expertise stops at generating leads, this is not the position. We are looking for someone who understands the entire journey:

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing or marketing technology experience preferred
• Advanced, hands-on GoHighLevel expertise
• Proven experience developing sophisticated CRM workflows and automations
• Experience building and training AI agents
• Experience integrating AI into marketing and lead-conversion workflows
• Advanced Google Ads experience
• Advanced Meta Ads experience
• Strong GA4 and Google Tag Manager knowledge
• Significant lead-generation experience
• Strong funnel and conversion-rate optimization experience
• Email and SMS lifecycle marketing experience
• Experience managing multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytics and attribution knowledge
• Ability to demonstrate measurable growth and revenue results
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong client-facing capabilities
• Exceptional organization and follow-through
