Role Description
Replicant is looking for a Product & Customer Marketing Senior Manager to drive industry positioning, solution messaging, customer advocacy, and go-to-market storytelling. This role will combine strategic product marketing responsibilities with customer marketing initiatives to help strengthen pipeline generation, customer engagement, retention, and expansion. The role will work closely with Sales, Engagement Managers, Product Management, and Marketing to connect customer insights, use cases, and success stories to Replicant’s broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do

Industry and Solutions Marketing:

Develop industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with Replicant’s platform and product strategy.

Create vertical-focused content and sales materials that support pipeline generation, expansion opportunities, and strategic customer conversations.

Product Launches and GTM Execution:

Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution, including enablement, GTM coordination, and post-launch optimization.

Partner closely with Product, Sales, Engagement Managers, and Marketing to drive adoption across existing customers and successfully launch new solutions.

Customer Advocacy and Storytelling:

Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including customer references, external case studies, internal “pocket stories,” and customer proof points that support Sales and Marketing efforts.

Customer Programs and Engagement:

Plan and support customer-facing programs, events, and customer speaking opportunities designed to strengthen customer relationships, engagement, retention, and expansion.

GTM Customer Activation:

Partner with Sales and Marketing to prepare customers for sales calls, events, and strategic conversations.

Ensure customer stories and insights are effectively integrated into go-to-market initiatives.

Content and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Brand and Demand Generation to amplify customer and industry narratives across campaigns, launches, and GTM programs.

Build content that supports awareness, credibility, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.

Technical and Solution Storytelling:

Translate technical and product capabilities into clear customer narratives, industry messaging, and sales content that resonate with technical and business audiences.

Partner with Product, Solutions, and GTM teams to communicate complex technology in a credible, customer-focused way.
Qualifications
-
Passion for customer storytelling, product marketing, and creating impactful go-to-market programs.

5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing roles within SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology.

Strong experience developing industry messaging, customer stories, and sales enablement content.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engagement Manager, and Marketing teams.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer narratives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-facing presence.

Experience supporting customer advocacy programs, customer events, and reference management.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that support retention, expansion, and pipeline growth.
