[Hiring] Senior CRM Manager @Lingokids

Role Description

As Senior CRM Manager, you'll own how we talk to all families across email, push, and in-app messaging. You'll build the automation and AI layer that keeps it personal at that scale:

• Journeys that adapt to how each family actually plays and learns.
• Audiences and content selected and generated automatically.
• Experimentation that runs continuously to sharpen the program every week.

You will own CRM as a domain end to end: the roadmap, the priorities, and the projects that run across Product, Data, and Design.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve our Braze setup.
• Design lifecycle automation that replaces manual work.
• Put BrazeAI to work.
• Use AI tooling to scale production and personalisation.
• Build the system, not just the campaigns.
• Partner with Data to feed better signals into CRM.
• Run a continuous experimentation programme.
• Own quality and governance end to end.
• Report on CRM's contribution to conversion and retention.
• Keep us current with lifecycle marketing and AI-assisted CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation, with hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform.
• Demonstrable experience with automation and AI in a CRM context.
• Comfortable with data, hands-on.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email.
• A genuine test-and-learn instinct.
• Care about doing this responsibly.
• Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious and playful.
• English is a must.

Requirements

• Experience with Braze specifically: Canvas, Liquid, connected content, API campaigns, catalogs.
• Experience with warehouse-driven CRM (Databricks, Hightouch or similar) is a strong plus.
