[Hiring] Senior CRM and Marketing Automation Expert @People Partners

Role Description

This is a remote position.

As a Senior CRM and Marketing Automation Expert (HubSpot) , you’ll take the driver’s seat in designing, building, and optimizing a marketing engine that actually works. Think less patchwork, more precision.

You’ll connect systems, clean up chaos, and turn automation into a revenue-generating machine. No layers. No hand-offs. Just end-to-end ownership and the freedom to make things smarter, faster, and more effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
• Manage data migrations and system integrations (Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, Zapier).
• Build and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and automation sequences.
• Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and personalization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues proactively.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
• Serve as the primary technical owner of CRM and automation systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, and integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (required).
• Experience in end-to-end system implementation or migration.
• Strong integration experience (Zapier, APIs).
• Proven track record building workflows that improved performance.

Requirements

• Experience with Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, Looker Studio.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, or predictive platforms.
• Experience building reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
