Role Description
We are currently hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at BM Digital. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads.
Creative Strategists are the storytellers behind each video ad. This person is creative and analytical:

Must be able to communicate a clear message through short form video.

Determine the best ways to vary content for different audiences.

Utilize both video and written language to craft compelling stories out of raw footage.

Work alongside content creators and video editors.

Demonstrated proficiency with visual communication and pacing.
Responsibilities

Create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth by:

Utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy.

Analyzing data in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

Performing consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources.

Collaborating with Post-Production, Production, and your Creative Strategy Lead to produce videos.

Writing scripts and copy for video, static image ads, email campaigns.

Ensuring visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad.

Giving feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad.

Executing on feedback given by your Creative Strategy Lead.

Analyzing the results of creative tests and utilizing this analysis to iterate.

With oversight from your Creative Strategy Lead, responsible for weekly strategic account planning.

Identifying top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis.

Identifying effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem.
Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience.

Paid social or Direct Response experience (work/writing samples are a big plus).

Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat.

Able to work comfortably across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices.

The annual compensation range is $120K-$280K USD which includes base, performance bonus and equity.
