[Hiring] Senior Channel Marketing Specialist @Cimpress/Vista

Role Description

As part of the Marketing Team, the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement across email, push notifications, and on-site channels.

• Platform & Campaign Management: Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution.
• Data & Optimization:
  • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy.
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration with product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or channel marketing, with proven ownership of multi-channel campaigns and measurable impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.) and CRM systems.
• Experience with continuous A/B testing.
• Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
