[Hiring] Senior Campaign Manager @White Bay

Role Description

They are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to take ownership of client partnerships and oversee campaigns from initial strategy and planning through to final delivery and reporting. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing a strong understanding of their objectives and translating those goals into effective campaign strategies. They will collaborate closely with internal creative, sales, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, achieve strong performance, and provide a high-quality client experience. This is a commercially focused role with significant opportunity to expand existing accounts, develop new opportunities within established partnerships, and contribute to long-term revenue growth. The position also offers uncapped commission in addition to the base salary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of clients, developing trusted and lasting partnerships.
• Gain a thorough understanding of client objectives and translate business needs into effective campaign strategies.
• Facilitate campaign launches, client briefings, strategic discussions, and ongoing account meetings.
• Coordinate projects across internal teams, ensuring deliverables, timelines, budgets, and expectations remain on track.
• Work alongside creative, marketing, and sales stakeholders to develop campaigns that meet both client and business objectives.
• Track campaign activity and performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas where results can be improved.
• Use campaign data and client feedback to recommend adjustments and optimize ongoing initiatives.
• Develop clear performance reports and confidently communicate findings, insights, and next-step recommendations to clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional services, campaigns, renewals, and cross-selling.
• Contribute to improving internal account management processes and creating more efficient ways of working.
• Maintain a high level of organization across multiple concurrent campaigns and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in account management, agency environments, digital marketing, media, or another comparable client-facing position.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing relationships with clients, including senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
• Proven ability to manage several projects and competing priorities within a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience identifying account growth, renewal, upselling, or cross-selling opportunities.
• Highly organized, proactive, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from beginning to end.
• A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and turning insights into meaningful recommendations.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Monday.com, Mailchimp, WordPress, or comparable tools.
• An interest in areas such as business, finance, technology, investing, economics, or global trends would be an asset.
