Role Description
We are looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead campaign planning, lifecycle marketing, organic content strategy, influencer partnerships, agency management, and DTC revenue growth. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in ownership-driven environments and enjoys making decisions that directly impact revenue performance.
This is a DTC growth leadership position responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization

Regularly analyze email performance, ecommerce metrics, social engagement, paid media performance, website conversion data, customer acquisition trends, retention metrics, and campaign ROI.
Qualifications

4β6+ years of experience in DTC Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.

Experience owning marketing channels and revenue outcomes for a consumer brand.

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of ecommerce and consumer marketing.

Experience managing agencies and external partners.

Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Requirements

Experience with Shopify-based brands.

Experience building influencer or affiliate programs.

Experience in outdoor, lifestyle, sporting goods, recreation, or consumer products industries.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and ecommerce reporting platforms.

Basic design proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
