[Hiring] Senior Brand Manager @The Hershey Company

Role Description

The Salty Marketing Brand Teams set growth ambitions, activate consumer connections, and manage in-year performance for Hershey’s Salty business, including Skinny Pop, Dot’s, and Pirate’s Booty. In this role, you will help translate the Skinny Pop brand strategy into strong, consistent in-market performance. You will own core business analytics, identify consumer and customer risks and opportunities, and partner across the organization to deliver annual plans, brand health priorities, and commercial execution. This remote-eligible U.S. role reports to the Manager, Skinny Pop Brand Team (Health/Delivery) and has no direct reports.

What will you do?

• Own recurring reviews of brand performance across key point-of-sale and panel metrics, translating findings into clear business implications.
• Drive business reviews, annual planning, and sufficiency work through fact-based narratives, recommendations, and follow-through actions.
• Track commercial plan execution across priority customers and channels, surfacing gaps, risks, and opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Lead near-term and in-year projects aligned with Skinny Pop business objectives.
• Communicate growth opportunities and business priorities to Sales and the broader commercial organization.
• Partner closely with Commercial Strategy, Customer Planning, Packtypes, Category Management, Supply Chain/OBD, Finance, and Consumer Insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant brand management, commercial, or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate multiple data sources and convert insights into action.
• Experience with syndicated data such as Circana or Nielsen, plus financial and P&L aptitude.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
• Collaborative, curious, and accountable approach, with the ability to lead without authority and apply a consumer-centric, general management mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
