Role Description

The Senior Brand Ambassador – Nashville Region serves as the primary recruitment and enrollment representative for the University of Tennessee Southern within the Nashville and North Middle Tennessee market area. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this position plays a key role in:

• Expanding UT Southern’s visibility
• Cultivating relationships with high schools and community partners
• Increasing applications, admits, and enrolled students from this strategically important region

The Senior Brand Ambassador manages a defined regional territory, leveraging data insights from the university’s admissions and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to:

• Identify and convert prospective students
• Provide personalized guidance throughout the admissions process

While the position’s primary focus is on cultivating and growing enrollment within the Nashville and North Middle Tennessee region, the Senior Brand Ambassador also:

• Supports application processing and recruitment efforts for assigned surrounding states
• Ensures alignment and continuity across regional markets

This position also supports strategic initiatives within the Division of Integrated Enrollment and Brand Strategy to achieve ongoing institutional and UT System-wide enrollment goals.

This is a remote position serving the Nashville metropolitan area. Applicants must live within a 30-45 mile radius of Nashville to be considered for employment or be willing to relocate.
