[Hiring] Senior Associate Manager, Functional Snacking Brand Marketing @The Hershey Company

Role Description

The Senior Associate Manager, Functional Snacking Brand Marketing plays an important role in identifying, shaping, and accelerating growth opportunities across Hershey's functional snacking protein brands. This role partners across the organization to bring consumer-driven insights to life through innovation, media, creative, design, and commercial activation. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong executional excellence, helping drive business performance and unlock growth opportunities while influencing cross-functional teams to turn ideas into action. The position supports the U.S. business, reports to the Brand Manager, Functional Snacking - ONE, and is remote eligible.

• Translate business data, consumer insights, and market learnings into actionable business recommendations.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to accelerate demand, improve productivity, and unlock incremental growth.
• Lead portions of strategic projects from opportunity identification through execution and performance measurement.
• Partner across functional teams to align priorities and drive execution against key business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in commercializing innovation, promotions, packaging/design changes, and media initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Functional marketing experience and exposure to syndicated data sources such as Circana or Numerator are preferred.
• Demonstrated accountability for business results and value creation is desired.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
