Role Description
We are looking for a Campaign Intelligence & Enablement Manager to help make our marketing campaigns smarter, more targeted, and more effective. This role will combine audience intelligence, campaign insights, and signals to improve how we identify target accounts, engage prospects, and optimize campaign performance. The person in this role will work closely with campaign teams, marketing analytics, field marketing, and sales to translate data and signals into actionable marketing strategies. In addition, this role will support campaign enablement by ensuring our customer-facing teams have access to the right insights, offers, enablement resources, and best practices to drive pipeline and opportunities.

Build and refine target audiences using intent data, firmographics, engagement insights, and Target Account Lists (TAL).

Leverage behavioral signals to optimize campaign journeys and improve prospect progression.

Enrich audience profiles using tools such as Salesforce CRM, Demandbase, LinkedIn Audience tools, ZoomInfo, and Clay.

Design and support multi-touch, cross-channel engagement programs (ads, social, web, email).

Define behavioral triggers and βnext best actionsβ to drive timely sales and marketing follow-up.

Track and analyze campaign performance across marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Identify engagement trends, drop-off points, and optimization opportunities.

Proactively surface high-intent accounts and emerging pipeline opportunities.

Develop and maintain campaign enablement resources and offers for customer-facing teams.

Partner with marketing, field teams, and sales leadership to continuously improve campaign impact and pipeline generation.
Qualifications

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and CRM and intent data.

Ability to translate data and insights into clear marketing actions.

Experience working with audience intelligence, campaign analytics, account-based marketing approaches, marketing platforms (like Salesforce CRM, Demandbase, Clay, LinkedIn audience tools, ZoomInfo, Marketing analytics dashboards, internally built AI tools, and more).

Strong collaboration skills to work across marketing, field marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
