Role Description
We’re looking to engage a Senior Acquisition Marketing Executive - Affiliates to own and scale Duelbits’ affiliate channel, our highest-volume acquisition driver. This role carries direct responsibility for sourcing partners, structuring deals, and optimising performance across FTDs, CPA, and player quality. You’ll manage the affiliate lifecycle end-to-end while ensuring the channel is fully integrated into the broader acquisition ecosystem. This is a role for someone commercially sharp, data-driven, and focused on unlocking scalable growth across casino, sportsbook, and predictions.
What you’ll be doing

Affiliate Growth & Optimisation

Own day-to-day performance of the affiliate portfolio across all verticals.

Source, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners (networks, publishers, media buyers, comparison sites).

Optimise commission structures (CPA, rev share, hybrid) to maximise ROI and player quality.

Test new affiliate types, geographies, and traffic sources to diversify acquisition.

Monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities across crypto, iGaming, and esports.

Performance & Analysis

Own reporting and performance tracking for the affiliate channel.

Analyse partner-level metrics: FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and player quality.

Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions.

Run cohort analyses to evaluate long-term value by partner and deal structure.

Deliver structured insights and recommendations to the Head of Acquisition and CMO.

Partner Management & Execution

Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.

Manage negotiations, rate cards, and performance-based agreements.

Provide partners with creatives, tracking links, and updated offers.

Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and compliance across all partnerships.

Testing & Innovation

Lead testing across affiliate strategies: offers, creatives, geos, and partner types.

Work with BI to validate hypotheses and optimise performance.

Identify new growth opportunities across crypto, Web3, and emerging channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with BI on attribution, tracking, and fraud detection.

Align with CRM to optimise onboarding and early-stage conversion.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing assets.

Share insights with acquisition and product marketing teams to inform strategy.
Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in affiliate or acquisition marketing within iGaming, crypto, fintech, or performance-led environments.

Strong understanding of affiliate mechanics: deal structures, commission models, and tracking platforms.

Proven ability to scale affiliate programmes and deliver against FTD and CPA targets.

Strong analytical capability; comfortable working with performance data and dashboards.

Experience with Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Looker, GA, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.

Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgement.

Excellent communication and partner management skills.

Self-driven and comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment.
