Role Description

We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Strategist GrandMaster to join our eCommerce Growth Agency. This is a remote position focused on scaling our Retention arm of the business.

• Strategization, setup, optimization and management of email flows and campaigns.
• Daily data analysis of campaigns and flows to identify areas of opportunity for performance improvement.
• Site popup and email split-tests for optimization.
• Technical setup of tracking scripts and conversion event codes.
• Management and optimization of the email/SMS experience.
• Collaboration with internal Senior eComm Strategists and support team on cross-channel campaign coordination and performance reporting.
• Liaising with clients to provide detailed reports and ongoing performance improvement plans.
• Staying up to date with the latest changes on the platform.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of eCommerce Email experience.
• 1-2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Proven track record of exceptional Email campaigns and flow results managing lists of 100,000+.
• Strong design and copywriting ability.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent productivity and prioritization skills.
• Elite communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Team player with a strong focus on client success.
